At Wava Concepts, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Below is our return policy:
Returns and Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@wavaconcepts.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a detailed description of the issue and photos of the damaged item. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
- Wrong Item or Size:
- If you receive the wrong item or the incorrect size, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the incorrect item. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.
- Buyer’s Remorse:
- As our products are custom-made on-demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes ordered. Please refer to our size guide and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, email us at info@wavaconcepts.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our support team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping Returns:
- If a return is approved, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@wavaconcepts.com.
Order Not Received
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@wavaconcepts.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include reshipping the order.
